We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services. Customers are responsible for the proper use and timely return of rented items.
SHIPPING POLICY - THE BASICS
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day after booking confirmation.
Shipping Time: We require a minimum of 7 days from booking to delivery to ensure quality preparation and timely shipment.
Delivery Method: Items are shipped via reliable carriers to the address provided during booking.
Shipping Costs: All shipping costs, including delivery and return, are covered by Grina's Atelier.
International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within Italy.
Return Process: Customers must return items using the provided prepaid shipping label by the end of the 4-day rental period. Late returns may incur additional fees.
